it looks like you captured this wrong.... what were your settings? f 5 or f 6... 24p or 24pA ... i think thats what hte problem is

if its in 24p you want motion blur, 24p shot at any shutter speed higher than 1/100 of a second looks horrid.

probably just because thats the first time exporting 24p, and i guessed at good settings.
